ALLEGED BANK THEFT
TWO CLERKS ARRESTED £5OOO IS INVOLVED SYDNEY, May 17. Stewart McLean (41) and Frank Phibbs (42), bank clerks, have been arrested on a charge of the theft of £5099 pounds from the Commercial Banking Company of Sydney, Limited, where they were employed.
