RESULTS ON SATURDAY'

WIN FOR OTANE SENIORS

The Otane senior team defeated West End, Hastings, 11—8. Otane juniors lost to High School C., Hastings, 12 —13. The senior players

have certainly improved their combination play, but still lack force when passing the ball. The junior team put up a good show, the goalthrowers playing well together, but passing the ball too high. Centres and backs of this team need to work up more of a combination and all players lacked force when passing the ball. A reminder is given to the annual dance to be held in the Otane Town Hall on May 18th.
