The Hutt golf club is endeavouring to arrange for a match between a New Zealand team and a strong team of local players on the Hutt links on My 29. The consent of the New Zealand Golf Council has been obtained and the secretary of the Hutt club, Mr W. G. Fisher, is in communication with members of the New Zealand team concerning the match. Favourable replies have been received from J. P. Hornabrook (Masterton), B. M. Silk (Wanganui), Rana Wagg (Hutt), and H. A. Black (Miramar) who will be glad to avail themselves of some solid play before they leave for Sydney to defend Kirk Windeycr Cup. ' The following team has been chosen to meet the. Now Zealand team.
