BOY BURNED BY ACID. , . 1 DISCOVERED IN A GARAGE. (Per Press Association) NEW PLYMOUTH, Friday. A child, aged 21 months, Martin Reesby, son of Arthur H. Reesby, of Inglewood, on Thursday wandered into a private garage next door to his home. His mother heard him screaming, and found him with his face, chest and clothes terribly burned with sulphuric acid. The child died in the New Plymouth Hospital this morning. The garage was owned by Hislop, a herdtester, and the sulphuric, which was used by him in his work, was left in the garage.
