Last evening the body of Waller James Spratt, 3S>, married, engaged in carrying out drainage works at Outram, was found near Deep Stream bridge. An empty fourwheeled trap was not tor- away. Spratt suffered extensive injuries. No one witnessed the accident but evidently the horses bolted and deceased was thrown and dragged.
