Lord Lytton’s Death.
Paris, Last Night. The French Government offered to give LordLytton a public funeral befitting a marshal of France. His relatives, however, declined the offer on the ground that the remains of the late Ambassador were to be buried in England. Earl Dnfferin is spoken of as his successor.
