The ’Frisco Mail.
Wellington, This Day. The Harbor Board find that it would be illegal to make any concessions to the Union Commpany as an inducement to make Wellington the final port of call for the ’Frisco Mail Service. The only way would be the insertion of a proviso in the contract by the Postmaster-General.
