The board is prohibited from taking fees. Who will under those circumstances enforce fees and face litigious parents ? Doos Mr Bunny intend sending education to Jericho ? Between the dissolution, of an old and tho | meeting of a uew (Imperial) Parliament, thirty-lire days only is, I believe, allowed to ( elapse, Cannot Mr Watorhouso's " little parliament" (the Education Board) be oalled together in a fprtnight— the winter holidays, and bother and irritating disputes avoided. Every one will readily give Mr Bunny credit i for energy and ability enough to accomplish this or nior,o.
