BETnrNE & HUNTER will offer for salo by public auction at the Exchange, on Tuesday, the Ist December, 1868, at. 2 o'clock, if not previously sold by private contract. ' That first-class Run in the Wharcama di&trict, known as Buxtons, situuted ut a distance of ninety miles from Wellington, twenty miles from Muster! on, and fourteen miles from Castle Point, adjoining the run occupied by the Rev. J. 0. Andrew, and on the main road to Nnpirr and Auckland, containing nbour 25,000 acres ofland, 18,000 of which are freehold ; bounded on the eust side by the Whareama river, on the west by Crown land, on the north by Mr Groves' station, and on the south by the Mangii pokia river, and Mr Cameron's freehold land. This fine run hns excellent natural boundaries, and could be entirely enclosed at. a very trifling cost ; a considerable portion consists of splendid flats »nd block* of the richest, agricultural land, capable of growing heavy crops of grain, the residue is composed of gentle hills and slopes admit ably adapted for sheep walks.
