Also, to ask for returns of the number of the animals, the date of their arrival in the Province, the cost of purchase, and maintenance up to this time." Tuesday, July 25. MOTIOX. Mr Welch to call the attention of the Council to the Report laid on the table of the persons paying less than £30 for the sale of wines and spirituous liquors, and to move — Ist. " That all wholesale dealei'3 in the Province of Wellington in wines and spirits should contribute to the Revenue by an annual payment of not less than £10 or more than £20. 2nd. " That all persons in the Province licensed for the retail of wines and spirits shall pay the same amount, namely £30. 3rd.
