MONTHLY MEETING OF WAITAWHETA BRANCH U At the July meeting of the Waitawhata branch of the Women’s Division of Federated Farmers there w r as a full attendance of members, one new member being welcomed by the president. A very interesting Idler was received from the recij?i.-_ eut of one of the food parcels sent by the branch to Britain, Mrs Cloy, of Auckland, assisted by Mrs Kirkpatrick, of Waitawheta, gave a very interesting demonstration on spin- ' ning which was very much appreciated by members. The roll call, “Incidents •of Schooldays,” brought forth many amsuing experiences. The competition was won by Mrs 1 H. Mackey.
