Harding, announced the appointment of Senator Fall as Secretary of the Interior and chairman of the National Republican Committee'. Senator Flays as Postmas-ter-General; and Mr Andrew*Mellon, the millionaire banker of Pitsburg, as State Secretary and Treasurer.
