RULES FOR CIVILIAN TRAFFIC. SAFEGUARDS AGAINST ACCIDENTS, (Australian and N.2, CableA (Received May 5, 9.5 a.m.) LONDON, May 1. Tu connection with to-day’s resumption of civilian' flying, the Air Ministry has issued a regulation defining the unlaws, which provide for a half-yearly medical examination of pilots and .lady tests. Passenger machines are forbidden to perform stunting tricks, or to land flying in populous areas. Passing Machines must be 200 yards apart, and aeropianes must give way to airships.
