NEW WAGES BONUS
ANNOUNCEMENT BY MB JUSTICE STRINGER, (Per United Press Association.) CHRISTCHURCH, November 3. Mr Justice Stringer made an announcement -in the Arbitration Court regarding,,the new wages bonus payable as from November Ist owing to the further.increase in the cost of living; ' 'The new ’bonus for male adult workers is fixed at an hour, or . 9s weekly, females over 20 years 4s fid, under 20 years 3s,- youths and apprentices 3s. Mr Justice Stringer advised that applications by the Unions should h<; made immediately.
