CHINESE AFFAIRS
REPORT AS TO UNITY DENIED. .Received November 3, 1 p.m. PEKIN, November 1. Constitutionalist' leaders Sunyaa and Tangshaoyi have issued a manifesto declaring ‘that Constitutional Government at Shanghai is still in existence, and that it does not recognise the Pekin igjbclamation. The manifesto declaims that the alleged unity is based upon a peace , agreement made by irresponsible persons.
