AN 18-YEAR-OLD MURDERER. , OUTCRY FOR HIS REPRIEVE. LONDON, Nov. 1. Ravin Barry, an 18-year-old Sinn Feiner, has been condemned to death for murdering a soldier of Dublin. He was discovered under a lorry /with an automatic pistol in his hand after firing 's volley and killing three'soldiers, one of whom was aged 19 and another 20. He will be hanged to-day unless reprieved. Archbishop Walsh and the Lord Mayor of Dublin interviewed Lord French and pleaded for a reprieve on the ground of the boy’s age. Hundreds are praying outside Mount joy gaol to-night. BARRY TO BE HANGED. LONDON, Nov. 1. Mr Lloyd George at midnight informed the Lord Mayor of Cork that the Government declined to reprieve Barry, who is a medical student,. and the first Sinn Feiner to be convicted of murder.
