SUICIDE, V .. (Per United Press Association.) WAIPAWA, July 26.' Levi Jones, a labourer, aged 48, married, committed suicide by discharging a shot-gun into his mouth. The deceased underwent a severe operation some time since, and suffered periods of despondency. INQUEST. ROTORUA, July 26. At the inquest on Hector D. Urquhart, the victim of the Mamaku railway accident, the jury returned a verdict of accidental death, no blame being attachable to anyone. A rider was added that up-to-date appliances should be canned on all guards’ vans.
