U.S. LABOUR TROUBLES
Received July 26, 9 a.m. NEW’ YORK, July 24. A Chicago message states that the executives of the Railroad Brotherhoods have completed an order for a countrywide referendum on the Federal Labour Board's wage award, strongly advising against a strike, and intimating that 8-4 per cent, of employees had agreed through their representatives to accept.
