Dalgety and Co., Ltd., report having held a most successful clearing sale on account of Mr F. Bagge, who has sold his farm, at Kaitieke on the 20th inst., when they offered the whole of his live and dead stock to a good attendance of settlers and buyers from all parts of the outlying districts. The recent heavy rains -greatly contributed to the success of the sale, everything changing hands at prices satisfactory to the vendor. On 21st inst, they held a clearing sale on account of Mr Fraser, of Raetihi, who has sold his farm.
