CHURCHILL AND LABOR.
NO FEEDING ON FLATTERY,
LONDON, January 24.
Mr Churchill, in an article in the Sunday Herald, replies to the angry criticisms of Ms recent challenge of Labour’s fitness to govern. He reasserts that the Labourites are a pure class party, deliberately aiming at the overthrow of the existing organisation and control of industry.
“Why,” ho asked, “should not Labour he opposed, like any other party? Are they to be given a walk-over and fed on flattery alone, while they themselves are indulging in the freest personal abuse?”
