DEALING WITH MINERS’ DISPUTE. (Per United Press Association.) WELLINGTON, January 26. Mr Axbackk, in reply to the mineOwners' suggestion that the Miners’ Federation should act on the Huntly resolution, says that the dispute is in ■fee hands of the Alliance of Labour, to which body all communications must go. The/ sercretary of the Alliance is not prepared to make a statement.
