DROWNING ACCIDENT.
(Per United Press Association.) AUCKLAND, January 26
’ Alfred Charles Aspland, aged 48, was V drowned while bathing in St. Holier s Bay yesterday, in 3ffc of wafer, with his son. The boy noticed the father floating on the surface, and struggled ashore with l-ntn, but efforts to revive him failed.
