M the Supreme Court, James Reynolds Hayne, Elizabeth Simpson Inglis and Norman Neyler were re-tried on a charge of conspiring to use an instrument for an illegal purpose. The jury retired at 4.25 and, returned a!tl 8.20 with a, verdict of not guilty against the tlixeo accused on the charge of conspiracy. Inglis was found not guilty on the second count, hut the jury were unable to agree regarding Hayne and Neyler, who will come up for a third trial alt the criminal sittings in February. Bail was allowed as before.
