The position of the Paderewski Goiaernment is critical owing to failure to remedy the food crisis, which is now becoming desperate, Paderewski annources his intention to court-martial profiteers. He pleads difficulty in carrying on while waging an arduous campaign dependent upon the resources of a country economically ruined. It is impossible to get credit while the frontiers of Poland remain undecided.
