Australian and N.Z. Cable Association. LONDON, November 18. The coroner returned a verdict of accidental death at an inquest held into the circumstances of the death of the airmen Douglas and Ross. A scene was created hy Douglas’ fiancee, who in an outburst asserted that Douglas informed her that the machine had not been adequately te§ted.
