A DECLINE ANTICIPATED. LONDON, November 17. Mr Roberts, addressing the Labour Conference, announced the resumption of control of fish with a view to, reducing prices. It is expected the price of bacon will fall at New Year, and a reduction in prices of other commodities will be effected as exports are increased, thereby correcting the adverse exchange. Australian and New Zealand meat is arriving in large quantities and being sold to wholesalers at a loss.
