GREAT OUTBURST OF MILITARISM.

There is a great outburst of militarist enthusiasm. Thousands of students and others stormed and cheered Hindenburg and Ludendorff when en route to the Responsibilities Committee meeting. The postponement of their evidence was necessary. The crowds loudly cheered the Kaiser, hooted the Government, and denounced the Court of Enquiry.
