IMPORTANT AUSTRALIAN DECISION Australian and N.Z. Cable Association, Received November 15, 10.30 a.m. SYDNEY, November 15. The High Court, in a test case, decided that the State authorities acted outside their powers in closing hotels during the late epidemic, and quashed- the conviction of an hotelkeeper who failed to obey the closing order. The decision is important, involving extensive claims.
