ULTIMATUM TO 1 MANAGEMENT.

(Per United Press Association.) WESTPORT, April 8. A mass meeting at Millerton this morning unanimously sent an ultimatum to the management that the miners were prepared to truck in case of an accident to or sickness of a trucker, and to receive full shift pay; that no miner go trucking unless he receive full shift; no collier to truck his own coal except in isolated places and then work on shift wages.
