Australian and N.Z. Cable Association. LONDON, April 25. Sir Arthur Roberts, financial adviser to the Air Ministry, has resigned owing to disagreements with Lord Bother - mere. The Press Bureau states that Lord Rothermere has resigned from the Air Board for health reasons. NEW YORK, April 25. The Government will take measures to control the wool industry. Detail* have not been announced. Another message states that woolgrowers at a conference agreed to offer the Government the entjre wool output of the United States based on prices ruling last July. This action will probably avert commandeering. Mrs Shechy Skeffington, widow of the Irishman who was executed during the Sinn Fein rebellion, arranged a speech and demonstration by Irish freed: mites at San Francisco, but members of the Californian Defence Council prohibited it on the ground that attacks on Britain were not permitted in the United States.
