AUSTRALIAN SYMPATHY. SYDNEY, April 13. The secretary of the Australasian Coal and Shale Employees' Federation has circularised lodga" sympathising with New Zealand miners, asking trade unionists to stand behind and support their follow workers. The secretary referring to the remarks of the Labour Council, states that unless an attempt is made to supplv New Zealand coal from Australia, there is no likelihood that the trouble will be extended. The new Council of the Federation meets on Tuesday to consider the effect on Australia.
