The Press Bureau says: Woolwich Arsenal workers sent a message to the munition workers of Russia as follows: Comrades, now you have overthrown autocracy we know we will win. Let us all work hard to help our brothers in the trenches, whose sacrifices «have been greater. Every hour we work may save lives. Idleness means murder. Lone? live free Russia, who has risen in her might finally to free people still enslaved.
