AUSTRALIAN WAR LOAN.

The Australian Commonwealth loan prospectus will be issued on Friday. The final instalment of 50 per cent, is payable on June 18. Interest is payable on December 1. It is estimated that the loan yields the investor 115s per cent., compared with the present yield of the British War Loan of 114s 6d." The advanced issue price, compared with the South Australian loan, is due largely to the lower bank rate and America's entry into the war.
