ITALIANS WELL PBEPARED. LONDON, April 4. Mrs Waterman has visited the Trentrar> on behalf of the Time*;, in view of the "insistent and increasing menace from Austro-GermaN attacks." She concludes: "The Italians are infinitely better prepared than they were in 1916. The Al pin is arc hardened by two years of warfare. The whole army is elated by countless epics of glorious deeds. The organisation of the army is perfect, and the logistic «ervices are excellent. A fresh accumulation of snow precludes the possibility of important actions before May. No one here doubts the result."
