RESERVES FOR NEW PHASE.
ESTIMATE BY DAILY MAIL. LONDON, January 17. The Daily Mail estimates that two million men for new German divisions are the enemy’s reserves for 1917, while throe million of eligibles are still available to Great Britain. The paper adds that a large proportion of these three million of ours must go to the front, in order to give us the preponderance of strength necessary to finish the war this year.
