(Per United Press Association.) WELLINGTON, January 27. The Military Appeal Board heard the appeal of Frederick William Anderson, a member of the sect known as “The ingathering of Israelites of the House of David,” with headquarters in America. Appellant said he wanted to go to America, and was waiting for a permit. No man would make him fig*ht. He Reclined to do military service of any kind. When the appeal was dismissed Anderson reiterated his statement that he would not go into camp, though warned that he would be treated as a deserter.
