NORWAY’S NEUTRALITY.
WARNING TO THE PEOPLE. Australian and N.Z. Cable Association.) CHRISTIANIA, January 26. An official message concerning the Anglo-Norwegian .disputes and the Government investigation into the alleged illegal export of fish, says it seems probable that minor officials did not control export with sufficient care. More stringent measures have been ordered. The Government impresses on all persons that serious difficulty may ossibly arise unless they observe international agreements- The Government considers that Britain and Norway view the copper agreement differently. Norway always observed it according to her interpretation.
