INVESTMENT OF TRUST FUNDS. (Per United Press Association.) ' t WELLINGTON. October 22. : The Minister of Finance has approved the special arrangements in connection with trustees who desire to invest trust money in the 4j per cent Government debenture loan. Tney may arrange with the Treasurer in regard to time and method of lodging deposit or purchase money for debentures. 1
