LIBEL ACTION.
(Per United Press Association.) WELLINGTON. July 10.
In the Cost of Living Commission libel action thirteen isi-uos were submitted to the iury. Counsel’s address, Mr McGregor urged that the plaintiff was guilty of impropriety going on the Commission and brought the libel on himself, delaying the explanation for answers to letters in the papers.
