ALLEGED EMBEZZLEMENT.
(Per United Press .Associati in.' WELLINGTON, July 8. The charges against Horace Crammond of embezzling sums amounting to .£l-W5 belonging to Thos. Cgok and Son, are. proceeding at the Magistrate's Court. It is alleged that Crammond received moneys in the course of the. firm’s business, and did not account for them in .the usual manner, also that he drew cheques in the linn’s name, and cashed them. .-.The butts of the cheque forms wore not filled in.
