• THE DAVIS CUP. Tress Association.—Telegraph.—Copyright. NEW YORK, March 5. The Davis Crip matches have been fixed for August 12, 14, and 15. The American committee notified the challenging nations that the matches between Canada, Aust. alia, Britain, and llclgiiun must be competed by July 25. Mr Wreen points out that tlie date avoids conflicts with the English tourney, in which Wilding intends to defend the title.
