(Per United Press Association.) CHRISTCHURCH, July 22. F. P. Cook, the Socialist who lately served a woek in gaol rather than pay a fine for breach of tlic City by-law, was again arrested this morning, having refused to pay a second fine of £l. Tbo term to be served on this occasion il three days.
