Received July 22, 8.5 a.m. NEW YORK, July 21. - Lewis Strang, the.holder of many automobile records, was killed on a country road in Milwaukee, while going at a rate of only four miles an hour, in avoiding collision with a cart. The motor-car fell over an embankment, crushing Strang.
