The Hon. Mr Fisher, speaking at a a luncheon, regarded the Imperial Conference as the most important gathering of the century. Not only should the selfgoverning Dominions send representatives, but every branch of organised society should have preliminary conferences, not only in Britain but in every self-governing Dominion.
