(Per United Press Association.) WELLINGTON, March 3(L The Volunteer forces of the Dominion having cow become territorial forces, it ;is notified that officers awarded Colonel Auxiliary Forces; officers’ decoration ivill have,the letters T.D. placed after tlAir names instead of V.D.,, as heretofore.
