The Chief Justice gave a somewhat important decision to-day in an originating summons, in which four children, disinherited by their mother’s will, asked that provision be made for them. The proceedings were connected with the estate of Elizabeth Green, worth .£920, which had been left to a sister of the testator’s, plaintiffs claiming that they were in poor circumstances, and that no adequate provision had been made for them. The claims of two of the plaintiffs were dismissed, and they were ordered to pay JBIO 10s to defray the cost the executors had been put to. The third plaintiff' his Honor ordered should receive !js per week, and the fourth plaintiff a sum of i>so. The two latter were suffering from physical ailments.
