DR. HENRY'S MISSION.

(Per United Press Association). INVERCARGILL, March 27. The mission conducted hero during the past fortnight by Dr. Henry and Mr Farqnhar closed on Sunday night, and to-day a farewell luncheon was tendered tho missionaries before, they left by the Melbourne steamer. Mr McDonald, treasurer to tho mission, made hj statement relative to the finances, and’.said they had been able to meet all demands, and were more than satisfied with the results. Dr. Henry said he thought the people of Invercargill had been harder to reach than those of any other town. There wore at least three towns outside of the large centres in which he would advise Dr. Chapman to conduct missions when ■he came, viz.,, Invercargill,- Palmerston, and Wanganui.
