Press Association.—Telegraph.—Copyright. _ LONDON, March 23. A Scottish, National Committee deputation waited on the Eight Hon. H. H. Asquith in favour of the complete devolution of Scotland.
Mr Asquith replied that he was fully conscious of the growing difficulty. Scottish affairs were receiving proper consideration at Westminster. Irish Home Rule was part of a fuller scheme.
