SUPREME COURT SITTINGS.
IN CHAMBERS. RADCLIFFE v BANNERMAN. On resuming this case this morning. Mr Hutchison, counsel for the plaintiff* and Mr Flesher, of Christchurch, counsel for the defendant, stated that the parties had agreed to the settlement of the action and the counter-action upon the following terms:— (1) Judgment in the original action to be entered for the plaintiff for the sum of .£725, which sum includes the plaintiff's costs of and incidental to the active. (2) That no proceedings shall be taken upon such judgment for ten days. (3) That judgment in the counter-claim shall also be entered for the plaintiff without costs. Judgment was entered accordingly.
