At .the Primitive Methodist' Conference it .was reported by the-Publishing Com-■ mitten that the yea'r’s income was ’£374 4s ,’B3, and tho expenditure £271 4s 4d, leaving.'A balance of £l()3'os 4d; .Assets-wore put down at £128" Os 4d, -and .the' profit ath£4o 7s .3d. On. the Contingent I’mid an income of £76 2s 7d was reported, with an:-expen-diture of : £66 Is sd. Income of £372, 10s 6d was reported in connection with the Children’s Equalisation Fund, with an expenditure of an ’ equal amount. 37 children were on ■ the fund. . It was reported that’.the -Anti-Cigarette League had a membership of 138, but that there was reason to expect much greater . progress during .. the-coming year’s’working.- , : The Orphanage .Committee : reported much increased interest in orphanage affairs, contributions having been received from 17 .additional schools.
